Accounts and Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Promptly update your information if it changes

Account Responsibility

Mission X18, its logo, features, and content are owned by Anon Intelligence, Inc. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create (goals, notes, reflections). You grant us a license to store, process, and display your content to provide the Service.

Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Mission X18, you consent to our collection and use of data as described there.

AI-Generated Content

Mission X18 uses AI to generate insights, questions, and suggestions. You acknowledge that:

  • AI outputs may not always be accurate or complete
  • You should use your own judgment when acting on AI suggestions
  • We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content
  • AI features are provided "as is" without warranties

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service:

  • For violation of these Terms
  • For illegal or harmful activity
  • If your account has been inactive for an extended period
  • At our discretion with or without notice

Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days before it is permanently deleted.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANON INTELLIGENCE, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anon Intelligence, Inc. from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
